Conveniently located near Caernarfon castle, the pods are cute and cosy. The holiday park is quiet with stunning views of mountains and straits. Molly's takeaway offers reasonably priced food. The glamping pods are smart, with ample USB sockets, and even a better shower than some hotels. The park has a swimming pool and restaurant on site, and well-maintained gardens. The lodges provide a warm and comfortable base for exploring Snowdonia, with large bedrooms and plenty of storage space.

Stayed in a cabin with great amenities, including a nice shower, oven, and comfortable lounge. The view was excellent, and the location was just a short walk from town. Bed on a mezzanine floor required climbing a ladder, but the table could be adjusted to make a double bed.

We stayed at Coed Helen Holiday Park in Caernarfon for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the town and close to attractions like Zip World and Anglesey beaches. The staff, especially Jess at Molly's, were friendly and welcoming. We loved the outdoor pool and the stunning mountain views from our well-appointed caravan. The park was well-maintained and had a thoughtful layout, ensuring most properties had a view of the mountains or Menai Straits. Checking in was a breeze, and we received all the necessary information beforehand. It was the ideal base for exploring the area, and we would definitely return.
Would recommend this hotel.

the chalets at coed helen were even better than our previous stay in caernarfon. they were clean, cosy, and spacious, exceeding our expectations. the self-catering amenities, including the dishwasher, made it perfect for our big group. the family-friendly site and proximity to town and tesco were a definite plus. highly recommended!
One thing was off - cleanliness in the caravan.

The clean and peaceful site made for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location was perfect, as we were able to explore various places within a 30-40 minute drive. The food in the restaurant was good and the staff were friendly and attentive.
One major downside was the walk into town. The advertised 10-minute path was actually a narrow track through overgrown woodland, making it unsuitable for those with prams, young children, or anyone who is less mobile.

The grounds are well-maintained and the staff are friendly and attentive. The outdoor heated swimming pool is a fantastic addition, providing a relaxing end to the day. The town nearby is charming, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants to explore.
One negative aspect is that the TV reception in the glamping pods was poor.

My Family and I had a fantastic weekend getaway at Coed Helen Holiday Park. The new Pods and static caravan we rented were in pristine condition, giving off a brand new feel. The view from our accommodation was simply breathtaking, and we were lucky to enjoy perfect weather throughout our stay. The cleanliness and modernity of the facilities were impressive, and we couldn't fault a thing. We had a delightful Sunday lunch at Molly's restaurant, where the service was top-notch and the food was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. The highlight of our weekend was the outdoor pool, which we made the most of on Saturday afternoon. It was a wonderful facility that provided us with great fun and relaxation. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Coed Helen Holiday Park, and we are already planning to return next year. Thank you for making our weekend so memorable!
